    • Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

    • Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on location.

    • Keokuk Coffee Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

3.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

    • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we do not guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.


4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Coffee & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of coffee as a perishable product, all coffee sales are final and non-refundable unless:

    • The wrong item was received.

    • The product was damaged upon arrival.

4.2 Merchandise & Apparel

    • Returns for apparel, mugs, and accessories are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

4.3 Refunds & Store Credit

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

    • Store credit may be offered for returns in certain cases.
